He started his career in 1988 with the National Dairy Development Board and developed his process engineering and quality management capabilities while working with several dairy factories across India and training in Australia. He was then with Dynamix Dairy Industries Ltd. from 1994-1998 at Baramati (Maharashtra) as the project coordinator for a Rs. 120 crore state-of-the-art dairy factory, from concept to commissioning, and later led the production team for market launch of several Britannia cheese products from the factory.
He joined Bovis Lend Lease India (BLL) in 1998 to deliver 3 fast track Coca-Cola Greenfield projects across east India and a high-finishes hospital project in Mumbai. Subsequently, he was with Marico Industries Ltd. from 2002-2004 as Works Manager at Palakkad in Kerala for manufacture of Parachute brand oils before returning to BLL as Operations Manager responsible for delivery of all BLL projects in India. As the Operations Manager for BLL, he managed the delivery of multiple projects for major clients like BPB / St.Gobain, GSK, Raymond, etc. all over India.
He has been associated with FABS since 2005 and has managed the project operations since then. As the Operations Director for FABS, he is responsible for the delivery of all projects across India. Some of the major clients / projects managed by him are VOLVO,BMW, Daimler, Amazon, Autoliv, Indospace, Plasmagen Bio Science, Kellogg’s, Brigade Developers, Mantri Developers, UST Global, Toyota Kirloskar and ITC Limited.
