He has gained valuable experience in the field of project planning, commercials and contracts management working with the tendering departments of JMC projects and L&T-ECC group. He also has rich experience in specialised construction technology llike use of MIVAN formwork, Slipform, Pre-stressed concrete, etc.
He is associated with FABS since 2005 and has been an integral part of several key projects like SAP Labs, Toyota Kirloskar, Mantri Espana, etc. He is currently managing the project delivery of some of FABS’ key clients including Godrej Properties,Puravankara,Pashmina Developers, Doshi, Arun Excello, Casagrand, ManjuShree, Cheyyar SEZ, Broadway etc.
He is currently the Associate Director (Projects) for all FABS projects. He supports all our projects in terms of planning, procurement, tendering, cost planning, contracts management and commercial audits.
