This service is offered by FABS when our Clients require focused support on specific aspects of the project, viz.,

• Time Management – vetting of project schedules, periodic tracking and status reports, delay analysis and suggestion of mitigation measures.
• Cost Management – budget preparation, budget tracking, variations tracking and analysis, bill scrutiny and certification, project cost tracking and status reports.
• Audits on site quality, safety, etc. based on the client requirements.

The scope of this service ranges from a straightforward “observe and report” role to a more detailed management role for critical project parameters like time and cost. This is essentially an advisory role without direct intervention in implementation / execution works.
