M/s The Image Reality LLP is a developer under M/s Shapoorji Pallonji – Real Estate division. The Client is in the process of setting up a premium high-rise residential project called “Hillcity – Vanaha” at Lavale, Pune.

The Client has acquired a plot of approx. 6.06 acres at Kharadi, Pune. The total constructed area would be 9,70,039 sq. ft.

FABS have been engaged as Project Management Consultants for this project.
