Project Details : Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) undertook an expansion of office space at their existing "ETERNIA" premises in Pune city. The 20,000 sft expansion project was located on the terrace of the existing premises and was executed while the rest of the building was in continous use. The project involved stringent project safety requirements to ensure complete safety for the existing users of the building. FABS were appointed as the Project Management Consultants for the project and have successfully completed the project.
