PMI Bangalore India Chapter had organized a session on 15th December 2016 as part of the Engineering and Construction Forum activities, for industry professionals to gather and discuss the important subject of Change Management in Construction activities. FABS OD, Mr. N Sridhar, was invited to make a presentation on the Change Management challenges for a industrial project and share his knowledge with the forum. The presentation was well received and witnessed lively participation in the Q and A session that followed.
