PS Somasunder Managing Director
PS Somasunder has over 35 years of construction experience. He started his career with Larsen & Toubro as management trainee and rose to head the Buildings & Factories Division of L&T-ECC for Karnataka in 1996.
Some of the major projects secured and delivered by him in this role were factories for Eureka Forbes, Banner Pharma, Toyota Kirloskar, ITC, etc., in addition to the Leela Palace Hotel, Oberoi Hotel expansion and L&T’s bulk cement terminal at Mangalore. The ready mix concrete division of L&T was started under his leadership in 1996. He joined Bovis Lend Lease (BLL) as head of Indian operations in 1999 after a year of work at Doha-Qatar. Subsequently, in 2003, he was promoted as the Country Manager for BLL in India. Under his leadership, BLL successfully delivered
- A 13 factory rollout for Coca Cola across the country,
- The set up of large software facilities / campuses for renowned brands like Broadcom, Oracle, Verizon, SAP Labs, Unisys, Intel, Flextronics,
- Large industrial facilities / factory expansions for British Plaster Board, South African Breweries, Glaxo Smith Kline, Raymond.
N Sridhar Operations Director
Sridhar is a qualified engineer and management professional and has over 30 years experience in projects and operations management in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, IT/ Commercial and residential projects. He has extensive experience in process engineering consulting, site management, project management and factory management.
He started his career in 1988 with the National Dairy Development Board and developed his process engineering and quality management capabilities while working with several dairy factories across India and training in Australia. He was then with Dynamix Dairy Industries Ltd. from 1994-1998 at Baramati (Maharashtra) as the project coordinator for a Rs. 120 crore state-of-the-art dairy factory, from concept to commissioning, and later led the production team for market launch of several Britannia cheese products from the factory. He joined Bovis Lend Lease India (BLL) in 1998 to deliver 3 fast track Coca-Cola Greenfield projects across east India and a high-finishes hospital project in Mumbai. Subsequently, he was with Marico Industries Ltd. from 2002-2004 as Works Manager at Palakkad in Kerala for manufacture of Parachute brand oils before returning to BLL as Operations Manager responsible for delivery of all BLL projects in India. As the Operations Manager for BLL, he managed the delivery of multiple projects for major clients like BPB / St.Gobain, GSK, Raymond, etc. all over India. He has been associated with FABS since 2005 and has managed the project operations since then. As the Operations Director for FABS, he is responsible for the delivery of all projects across India. Some of the major clients / projects managed by him are VOLVO,BMW, Daimler, Amazon, Autoliv, Indospace, Plasmagen Bio Science, Kellogg's, Brigade Developers, Mantri Developers, UST Global, Toyota Kirloskar and ITC Limited.
×Adheesh Telang Technical Director
Adheesh is a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and has over 27 years of experience in projects and operations management in food and beverages industry, commercial and office facilities and IT sector projects. He began his career with Alfa Laval wherein he worked on a number of prestigious projects for about 7 years.
These included : oCoca-Cola Concentrate facility in Pune, Maharashtra oPepsi Concentrate facility in Channo, Punjab oUnilever Walls Ice Cream project in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia oParle and Bhilai Engineering Corporation multi fruit processing plants at Chittor (AP) and Bhilai (MP) respectively He later joined Pepsi and was instrumental in the Bangalore plant construction and operating it successfully prior to handing over to operations team. In 1997 he joined Bovis Lend Lease India (BLL) and was instrumental in the design and delivery of 13 Coca-Cola plants across the country. He later moved to Indonesia where he worked for about 5 years and was associated in the up gradation of various Coca-Cola facilities across the country and other industrial and commercial projects. He has been associated with FABS since 2005 and has held the role of Technical Director for the company since then. He has also been involved in design & delivery of several key projects for ITC Ltd., Contel Group, etc., apart from performing the key role of Business Development for the company. As Technical Director for FABS, he is responsible for Business Development, as well as the delivery of projects in the Western (Pune) region. Some of the key client accounts managed by him are Tetrapak, Abbott Nutrition, Pepsico, SPX Flow, Godrej Properties, Aroma Enterprises and Thermax.
×Sanjeev Puri Director
Sanjeev Puri is a graduate in Civil Engineering and has over 25 years of experience in project management in food & beverages industry, Steel Plants, Refineries, Commercial and Housing projects.
He began his career with Skyline Constructions Limited and successfully completed their Housing project for MRPL and their Steel Plant for Kalyani Steels in the position of Project Engineer. He later joined ANS Constructions and successfully completed their CCR-II and Wastewater treatment plant for MRPL in the position of site in charge. He joined BLL India in the year 1999 in the capacity of Project Engineer and was actively involved in package (utility) procurement and construction of Coca-Cola plants across the country. He joined JMC Projects (I) Ltd and successfully completed their HVDC project for Power Grid Corporation in the position of Site Manager He rejoined BLL India and successfully completed the interior fit outs jobs in Guaranteed Maximum Price contracting mode for DHL Worldwide Express and a packing facility for Glaxo SmithKline as Project Manager. He is associated with FABS since 2005 and has handled projects for important clients including ITC Ltd., Lanco, Lodha, Janapriya, Mantri, CapGemini, etc. at Hyderabad. Currently Director for FABS and based at Hyderabad, he is handling key client accounts of ITC Ltd., Bosch India, Coca-Cola, Roquette Riddhi siddhi, BITS-Pilani & Kellogg's and handling their projects across India.
×B.Venkatraman Associate Director
Venkataraman is a graduate in Civil Engineering with over 35 years of experience in the field of Construction projects and commercial planning and monitoring.
He has gained valuable experience in the field of project planning, commercials and contracts management working with the tendering departments of JMC projects and L&T-ECC group. He also has rich experience in specialised construction technology llike use of MIVAN formwork, Slipform, Pre-stressed concrete, etc. He is associated with FABS since 2005 and has been an integral part of several key projects like SAP Labs, Toyota Kirloskar, Mantri Espana, etc. He is currently managing the project delivery of some of FABS' key clients including Godrej Properties,Puravankara,Pashmina Developers, Doshi, Arun Excello, Casagrand, ManjuShree, Cheyyar SEZ, Broadway etc. He is currently the Associate Director (Projects) for all FABS projects. He supports all our projects in terms of planning, procurement, tendering, cost planning, contracts management and commercial audits.
×Deepak Yadav Associate Director
Deepak Yadav is a B.E. in Production Engineering with a PG MBA in Materials Management, and has over 25 years of varied experience in project management and delivery in the food & beverages and micro-electronics industry sectors.
He began his career with Dynamix Dairy Industries Limited and successfully completed the fabrication and installation works of dairy equipments as a Project Engineer. He joined BLL India in 1998 and was actively involved in utility equipment procurement and in the setting up of 6 Coca-Cola plants across India. He later moved to BLL Microelectronics division in Holland and handled various projects for clients like ASMC Shanghai, Nortel Networks in Harlow, UK. In 2002 he joined Rohan Builders India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore as Project Manager and was instrumental in the design and delivery of Coca Cola Plant in Bhutan and brownfield expansion of Coca-Cola plants in Ghaziabad and Jaipur. He then moved to Indonesia for 2 years and was associated in the design and procurement for up gradation of various Coca-Cola facilities and Nestle Water facilities across the country. He has been associated with FABS since 2005 and has delivered prestigious projects for ITC Ltd., Dumex / Wockhardt across India. Currently Associate Director for FABS, he is managing the delivery of projects for key clients like Abbott Nutrition, Pepsico, Brittania, VKL Spices, VTP, Mapletree, UB Group, Suzlon, Amazon, MRF and Aroma Enterprises.
×V.Girish Associate Director
Girish is a graduate in Civil Engineering with over 30 years of experience in the project construction field. He began his career with a multi specialty hospital project in Bangalore in 1990, and moved on to execute several high-end residential projects for reputed companies in Bangalore.
He joined Puravankara projects in the year 1994 and was actively involved in the construction of several deluxe residential apartment projects. He later joined Prestige Estates & Projects Pvt. Ltd. in the year 1997, where he was in charge of several residential & commercial projects as project manager. Prestige Acropolis, Prestige Towers (substructure) & Prestige Blue-Chip software park were some of his projects. He then spent over 2 years, between 2002 and 2004, with M/s W.J. Towell & Co. in Muscat, and managed several high-end finishes projects in the residential and commercial complex buildings. He joined Bovis Lend Lease in 2004 and was involved in the design management of RMZ Infinity project in Bangalore, a software facility of 2 million sq.ft. He is associated with FABS since 2005 and was involved in the design management for SAP Labs extension project and was FABS Project Manager for the Brigade Metropolis campus project in Bangalore. He later managed the successful delivery of projects for key clients including AS Group (Logistics), Bagmane Developers, etc. He is currently holding the position of Associate Director and is managing prestigious residential projects for key clients, viz. Shriram Properties, Hazel, L&T , Honda, Daimler, MapleTree, UB Group and Fanuc industrial Project.
×S. Sathishkumar Associate Director
Sathishkumar is a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with a PG MBA in Marketing Management, with over 22 years of experience in the field of utility services & Project Management. Having started as a Quality Control Engineer, Sathish has gained valuable experience in Project management and now plays role of Associate Director.
He was over the 2 years, with Bovis Lend Lease a reputed MNC ; handled SAB Miller Project in Hyderabad, Raymond Factory Project in Bangalore etc. and successfully deliver the projects to the satisfaction of the Client. He is associated with FABS since 2005 and has been an integral part of several key projects like ITC, Volvo, MTR, Amazon, Autoliv etc. He is currently holding the position of Associate Director and is managing the project delivery of Amazon projects at Pan india, Plasmagen Bio Science-Pharma, Indospace Logistics Park, Logos Logistics Park projects.
